Excellent service I had to wait a while for Aliyah to serve me as she was called away to sort a problem but was very sorry when she returned but it was fine and offered me a discount most appreciated.

Great experience

All our queries we answered, the assistant wasn’t trying to force a sale or push us like many others can be I would use her name but unfortunately I didn’t quite catch it. First Time Visit
Visited DFS for the first time to purchase a new sofa - it took x3 visits to make a final decision
All staff members we interacted with were friendly & helpful
In particular, Aaliyah who we completed our purchase with was amazing.
She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the lead time for delivery and also was completely clear on expectations if we should need to claim on the additional cover we purchased for damage etc.
