On first visit was offered a coffee and left to have a look around the store with no hassle. When time to talk sales man had all the answers we wanted to know regarding the different sofas and fabrics. We walked away hasle free to think things over. Went back in to a warm welcome and readjusted from previous chat and worked out a layout that would work for us. All round found him, non pushy but had good ideas to add to make the whole experience enjoyable

Today’s experience with Ellie in your Dundee branch was great. She was very helpful and not overly pushy which you can find in some other outlets. We ended up buying the sofa which was great. Thank you Ellie.

Customer service from the store itself to the delivery team was excellent. Sofa was delivered early morning and informed the day before of an eta. They 2 guys delivered and unwrapped our sofa with great care.

Perfect, down to earth service.
We were given answers to our questions, lots of information offered on different options. Nothing was too much trouble for the girl we dealt with.Thank you Ellie, your brain must have been on overload with us. You were lovely and down to earth .
