Excellent customer service from DFC I was served by a very nice gentleman called Hassan, who was extremely friendly, honest and helpful.
I would definitely recommend DFS to anyone looking to buy nice sofas at an excellent price.

Easy and helpful purchase
DFS is well laid out and guidance was given as I entered the shop as to which area I required.
The member of staff who assisted me was welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. She went above and beyond to complete my order and was very patient when I made changes at the last minute.
I hope that the furniture, when I receive it, will be as pleasing as the lady who assisted my purchase.

3 stars because only one of my sofa…
3 stars because only one of my sofa were delivered, instead of two. I contacted customer service she then texted someone but wasn't able to get a reply. she told me to wait until 72 hrs for a reply back from them.
