The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure. They answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect sofa for our home.

A pleasure to shop at DFS
The showroom is light, bright, friendly and well laid out, we especially liked the coordinated accessories.
The staff did not pressurise us, but responded immediately when we asked for information about a settee. He was friendly, helpful and gave us useful information about the settee.
Our order was recorded quickly with minimum fuss and we liked the fact the order was checked by another member of staff to ensure it was correct.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery time- only 2 weeks!! Very excited!!
We’re also impressed with the five year guarantee and our member of staff gave us valuable information about how to keep the settee in good order.
Altogether an easy, reassuring and pleasant experience, thank you we will definitely recommend DFS 👍

Great service from the man who served…
Great service from the man who served me. Nothing was a bother and he explained well about the fabric of sofa and how to look after it. He gave great advice on colours and explained various options on how to pay. Overall a great service.

Great customer service

She emailed us all the information. We left the shop to visit a friend but returned a few hours later to make a purchase. Great customer service.
