Didn't actually go to the shop but ordered a new mattress online, choose a silent night, as I've heard a lot about them,it took about a week to deliver from ordered, happy with my purchase

Perfect sales person
Josh was the perfect sales person - he offered assistance, then let me browse without any rush or pressure, but was always available when I had questions.
He was knowledgeable on his product and pointed out that I could upgrade to a much nicer foam cushion, before I'd even mentioned that this particular sofa felt a little soft for me.
Very pleasant and lovely to deal with - 10/10 for service.
Loved that there was parking at the back of the store in Guildford.
I'm looking forward to the arrival of my new sofa.

Megha was very helpful very friendly not pushy very patient with a lovy smilel throughout. Megha got our order double checked by another lovely man in the store who also lent me his glasses to read the ordee. it was a lovely shopping experience.

Originally, my visit to the shop was to look around with no intention to purchase. The assistant allowed us time with no harassment until I settled on a particular sofa.
