Visited DFS in Hereford today, the staff were amazing, looked at sofas that fitted our requirements. The sales lady was very professional in giving us advice to make sure we brought the right product.
We were not rushed and given plenty of time to decide, l would recommend DFS.

The Staff at DFS Hereford are briliant.
Especially Louise and Lyn. They were both very friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated the sit down and coffees whilst we looked round for new sofas.
We found exactly the furniture we needed and the credit option was properly explained.

We were welcomed by a lady called Lyn and she walked around give us advice on different sofas. We came back in today and lyn came and greeted us again. And I walked away with the sofa I wanted with the help of 2 other members of staff. 10* lovely staff and quick service

Fantastic service
Louise was extremely helpful in taking us through different products and giving us time to choose our colour. She was good at asking what we needed to find the right product for us. The service she gave was outstanding. The whole team were friendly and approachable.

Had a problem while placing an order for a corner sofa but the problem was dealt with swiftly and fairly can't praise the manager and the staff Maddie and Neil enough. It was an absolute pleasure going to the Hereford branch

Good quality furniture at a decent price

I had a great experience at DFS yesterday when purchasing my sofa. The young man who assisted me was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to explain the different options available and helped me choose a sofa that suited my needs perfectly without being pushy.
His customer service really stood out and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to him for the help it was very much appreciated!

Maddie introduced herself as a friendly sales woman and made my experience shopping with DFS amazing. She was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic, whilst putting me under no pressure to order a sofa with her today. After both herself and Tom thoroughly explained the order process to me I decided to go ahead and order two sofas today. Tom was very helpful and friendly when reviewing my order and explaining the finance options to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddie and Tom at DFS!

Spent an enjoyable afternoon choosing our new sofa. Staff always available to help and to provide coffee and answer questions.
