We recently visited DFS knowing which sofa we wanted but we weren’t sure about the colour. We had one in mind, which we thought would match our existing furniture, but it was only with the help of Isabella (who gave us some valuable insight concerning colour palette) that we could make our final selection.

A lady came upto us and asked us what we were looking for, we told her a 3 seater fabric sofa. She explained where they were in the shop and then left us to look around which was really nice, when we were ready we went and found her and we were told everything we needed to know and put in an order.

I got a good price on the sofa and the delivery was great. But there was a leg missing. The delivery guys installed a temporary black one (should be tan). The delivery guys said they ordered a new leg and someone would contact me. No one did, I called and no record of it. I sent photos and they ordered a leg. 8 weeks later, wrong leg was delivered. I went to the store and they ordered a new one. 8 weeks later the correct leg was delivered and I scheduled an installation. They were supposed to give me a time the day before. No contact, but it was a weekend (Monday install). I get a text message Monday morning cancelling the installation. I got a friend to help me install it.
