The lady that helped me, she gave me time to look around without pestering me or being push, I had a cup of coffee which made me feel relaxed and at home.

Excellent sales person we were not pushed to make a decision just helpful advice. We went to a another competitor and were just swamped by two sales personnel so we left them straight away.

I can’t remember the sales woman’s name but she was very welcoming and helped me feel at ease buy my first new sofa.

I had an excellent experience in DFS. The shop had a great layout and it wasn’t long before a member of staff offered help and ended up spending about 45 minutes with me, going through my options, answering all of my questions and ordering my sofa bed. Very efficient, knowledgable and professional - 5/5.
