From start to finish, Jackie handled everything, including helping with the layout of our room, with great professionalism and efficiency. How to treat customers
My wife & I visited the High Wycombe store twice and on both occasions we were met by Izabella who answered all of our questions regarding the Pittsburgh arm chairs that we were purchasing. We made a point of seeing her on our second visit as she was most professional in the manner she dealt with our questions which ultimately helped us make our decision on our purchase. Her attention to our requirements could not have been improved on. Thank you Izabella.

Professional service at it's best
Not sure about the company as yet but the member of staff who served me was great and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy. I had just been to a competitor's store and the difference was culpable.

I had a great experience with Jackie
I had a great experience at DFS High Wycombe. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, with no pressure to rush or make a decision.
Jackie was especially helpful throughout the whole process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She explained the different options clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her.
Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. I’d definitely recommend visiting — and if you can, ask for Jackie!
