Fi. And Barbara were knowledgeable and understanding. They helped move items around the store so we could see what we wanted built so we could imagine what we wanted.

Dealt with Harry and Barbara in the Inverness store. Every question was fully answered and explained. Everything to do with the buying, delivery and aftercare was fully explained. No complaints so far.

Very straight forward
Very straight forward on the phone with Akeem having initially had a great chat with Barbara at Inverness - we had to go away and measure then opted to call up as didn’t have a chance to go back to the store as we live a while away. Thanks Barbara.

Happy with the sofa but your sales lady…
Happy with the sofa but your sales lady is real pushy. Upselling is fine but disagreeing with me when I say no? Girl let's just accept some consent now. Makes me wish I ordered it online even tho I thought it would be easier to come into store.

Great experience, no pressure sales, helpful
The sales consultant was so helpful, found me fabric swatches for sofa not displayed in store, and checked different options for me. She gave me time to consider sofa options and didn't pressure me. Ordered in store, simple process with clear information from a lovely consultant. Thank you.
