My partner and I have visited DFS King’s Lynn multiple times over the past few months leading up to our completion date on our first home. Everytime we’ve visited we’ve received a warm welcome and always offered help. Today we finally ordered our sofas with Aaron who was extremely helpful, allowed us to wander and fully decide, he didn’t push a sale or demand extras like most salesman. He was honest, open and explained everything to us (sofa care, fabric care, easygliders for the bottom of the sofas) he was amazing. If he’s still working there when we need to replace or change our sofas we will be going back to him!

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish offering thoughtful options, sharing knowledge that was genuinely second to none, and guiding us without ever being pushy. It felt like she truly wanted us to find what suited us best. Her friendly approach and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Staff allowed us to browse at leisure before talking to us.Phil approached us, listened to our requirements, was knowledgeable about relevant products, assessed the situation and provided us with an alternative that he discussed with us and allowed us to make our minds up without pressure. Once sale was agreed he explained everything in full and in a way that made it easy to understand. He used his experience to make the whole process easy for us.

Staff experience was excellent, Aaron and Colin were the 2 staff we dealt with, and made the experience of shopping for furniture a pleasure rather than a chore. Choices were provided, advice given regarding care of furniture after discussing use we would put it through so that it meets our needs. They were patient in listening to our requirements and happy to figure things out with us. Discussion and advice regarding payment options that met with our approval, everything was easy with no pressure. We had a comfortable pleasant experience, with all our questions answered from 2 very knowledgeable staff who are a credit to the store.
