Dfs had a great choice of suites and coffee tables. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The only negative was the seven week wait for our purchase.

Lucas was incredibly accommodating. He made every effort to make us comfortable, understand what we wanted and, perhaps even more importantly, what we needed. Lucas reassured us and took interest in us. The whole DFS experience was thoroughly enjoyable

Do not buy unless you want to wait 4 months
I ordered my sofas om January 3rd paid in full on the day. It's now 20th of April still no sofas and are now talking about may delivery. Shop assistant have no idea what's going. Absolutely disgraceful. No communication from them you have to keep chasing them

Just brilliant customer service…
The customer service we met at Ballysimon DFS Linda was superb. So knowledgeable. No question was a difficulty & she went above & beyond to deal with us without pushing the product...that's a delicate balance as I don't like pushy customer service
