Brilliant customer care
As soon as we entered the store, me and my wife were acknowledged and greeted straight away. Leoni actually shouted over to us, that they wouldn't shadow us, but they were there if we needed them. When we were ready, we were served by Leoni and offered refreshments. We settled on a lovely sofa, after changing our minds from another suite. Leoni was patient , no pressure to choose another more expensive sofa. She was a great communicator, very personable, a true positive reflection of DFS

Had a great experience got to try lots of different sofas and found the best one for me thanks to the help of leoni 😄 so helpful and kind , explained everything thoroughly with me and went over all my options and what suited me best.
