Pre delivery information. Courteous and friendly delivery team. Professional handling of the furniture and care for my elderly parents. Good and clear explanation of how to use the controls of the furniture and to maintain it with cushion plumping etc.

Our visit to DFS Stretford this afternoon was great, Derek is delightful and not pushy at all which we really liked. He made us hot drinks and allowed us lots of time to look round without pressuring us. When we finally decided on the right sofa he was a great help at setting up our order & ensuring we knew all the important details. He is a credit to the store, very happy with our purchase, lots of lovely options with quick delivery on many of the couches too. Would definitely revisit for other furniture in the future.
