We had a really good experience with DFS.

The Northampton sales people were helpful, considerate, patient and best off all no pressure selling.

The prices of Sofas are ridiculous though but that's not just DFS. You can buy a car for less, let that sink in.

Reece was very helpful. We had a brief chat and were left to have a look around the store, before sitting down and and discussing all our options and placing our order.

We ordered a new sofa and Alicia, John and Reece were so helpful and attentive. Lovely people and so thorough in giving information. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were welcomed warmly into the Northampton store by Reece and we explained we were looking for a sofa for our first home. Throughout the whole experience, Reece was nothing but helpful, informative and extremely friendly. With it being our first big purchase for our first home, we are quite novice around sofas and what to go for/what not to go for, but we found Reece was exceptionally helpful in explaining things in great detail, such as how different lighting can affect how the colour of sofas look. If Reece hadn’t explained this, I think we would have regretted our choice of colour so we are super grateful for this. Reece gave us plenty of time to look around whilst he made us a coffee each (great coffee by the way) and once we had decided on a sofa, the process into ordering it was very smooth. Reece is a real asset to the Northampton store and we’re so glad he was our salesman for our first big purchase!

Variety of furnitures,customers friendly

We have just bought a 3 seater from the Ada range from the Northampton, St James store. Anthony made the experience feel relaxed, at our own pace and he explained each step of the process. Super friendly and approachable, build a strong rapport - so much so we xame back the following day to make the purchase with him. Thank you for looking after us!

Went to the store to purchase an Ollie sofa and chairs to be told they hadn’t got any at the show room told Tina that’s 2k you’ve lost today then…

Tina was fantastic didn’t give up on me but was not pushy or forceful in any way… about an hour later walked out after purchasing sofa chair and foot stool over 2k…

There is a reason why she holds the position she does and so deserves the Manager title.
