Nile made our experience absolutely brilliant. Nile wasn’t pushy, he listened to our needs and helped us make a great decision and gave great advice. Nile made us welcome and didn’t try to rush us in making our decision. I would highly recommend shopping at this store again.

Today we placed an order with Ben in the Peterborough store.
He was very helpful/ polite & knows his job very well & took his time to make sure we received the best advice etc

Nile (I’m sorry if I butchered your name) is genuinely the best guy at deal with at DFS since 2016! He has always helped with decision making in sofa and genuinely cares what you want, DFS is always a great place for sofa we will never go somewhere else 10/10

Difficult to arrange delivery
It was easy to place an order but the delivery cost is quite high and it seems cumbersome to arrange a delivery for the date that suits you. Back and forth texting yes and no to arrange a date, called office to arrange it but unable to get a definite confirmation of the date there and then. Now still waiting on confirmation. Surely this could and should be arranged with a simple phonecall. Better still, at the store.
