The staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and professional, and we were very happy with the service we received. A positive experience overall and I would happily recommend DFS Salisbury.

The Sales person was superb
The Sales person was superb and he could not have done more for us, he made it an easy visit, we called a second time about 2 hours later after our first we made sure the sofa bed would fit in our room.

I went to hedge end first to look at the sofa I wanted as Salisbury didn’t stock it ,the chap that dealt with me at hedge end was very helpful not pushy gave me the information I needed,I then went to Salisbury and ordered my sofa ,the chap who served me was vey good I felt very relaxed and happy with everything

We were given time to walk round the…
We were given time to walk round the store unhurried. I asked the Staff about the item we wanted and then were told that what we needed was in a certain part of the store and were left to try and discuss between in private. Once chose, we engaged with the sales staff who were courteous throughout answering the questions we had. There were no pushy sales tactics. On deciding to purchase all the options were discussed and we were given all the information neeeed to make an informed choice
