We visited the Sidcup branch today and were welcomed by Isabelle, who was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived.
She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions with patience and honesty, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right choice, rather than just making a sale.
We’re so grateful for all of Isabelle’s time, advice and kindness. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable, and we left feeling genuinely happy and confident with our purchase. Isabelle is a real credit to the Sidcup team, and we can’t thank her enough.

Natalie dropped everything and assisted us straight away very politely and professionally, luckily we had visited before and knew which bed we wanted and with Natalie’s help and experience we very quickly knew which mattress was best for us. Great customers service
I went to the DFS at Sidcup.
As soon as I entered tge doors, a customer assistant by the name of Joseph got up and greeted me. He asked what I was looking for snd he straight away started helping.
My experience with him was awesome. He has a great customer service, he was patient, offered me water, he understood his job and he got me to buy a luxurious bed.

I would like to thank the staff Joseph who dealt with us when we visited the store in Sidcup. He was patient, very professional with good customer care.
