Muhammad was very informative great knowledge and took time with us.

We only went into showroom to order sofas as the website wouldn't allow us to order the combination needed. Showroom staff had no problem ordering what we needed, once she listened to what we were saying rather than talking continually.

I recently visited DFS Slough looking for a new sofa, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was first class – all thanks to Faisal. Friendly staff member, and excellent sales experience, I loved the fact that I was left to browse until I had chosen a sofa that I liked myself, most shops sales staff pounce as soon as you walk through the door, so I found it relaxing and I was able to take my time and have a good look around with my husband.
