Adam at the Ruislip store was great!
We had been back and forth to the Ruislip store quite a few times to view the same sofa and thankfully had Adam to talk us through almost every time.
After what was probably our 4th visit we finally made a decision to go for it and we couldn’t be happier (now just waiting for delivery). Adam talked us through the options and helped us with measurements , he was patient and friendly and we never felt rushed in to making any decisions.

Great Service & Product from DFS
I absolutely love my Armchair from DFS. It has pride of place in my kitchen! Had to wait about ten weeks for it but it was worth it.

Fantastic customer service
My experience is that you have fantastic staff, when I was ready the gentleman who had welcomed me into the store introduced me to a member of staff called Johnny, he was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, answered all my questions. When I finally made my decision on the sofas I wanted I couldn't have been happier.
