Great service and so nice to us oldies
The lady in the store sorry I don't know her name gave my husband and I great service and advice and then ordered the 2 matressess that we needed.
We also bought 2 cushions that she showed us which were perfect for our family room who knew that they were just sitting on a shelf waiting to be pointed out.

Excellent in-store help.
We visited the shop about an hour before closing time on 5th August. The you man who helped us was excellent. Lots of friendly, honest, caring advice which helped us choose the right sofa for us.

Our experience with the Stevenage branch of DFS was amazing. The lady that sat with us and was very patient going thro sizes and swatches was so very helpful. I believe we wouldn’t have made the purchase without her knowledge of her stock.
