We had a great experience at DFS thanks to Nicky. She was really polite, friendly and relaxed, and made us feel comfortable throughout. She wasn't pushy at all, which we really appreciated.

Nicky took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us with measurements to make sure we chose the right sofa, and answered all of our questions. Her customer service was excellent and made the whole experience enjoyable.

A big thank you to Nicky – we'd happily recommend her to anyone visiting DFS.

There was a wide range of sofas to look at and sit in. On our first visit the salesman was helpful but not at all pushy. We went away to confirm measurements in our room, and to have a little think! We returned the following week and dealt with another sales person, who again was not pushy. She explained things to us carefully and gave us some additional options. Clearly she’s good because we went with the extras! A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Caroline was extremely helpful and gave us some great advice on buying a recliner chair. She took time to show us the alternatives and did not pressurise or hurry us to make a decision.

I had a very positive experience today, I went in to buy a sofa bed, Mickey Squirrel (what a great name!) was the salesman helping me, he was very helpful and informative, a very friendly & polite man.
