We bought a corner sofa full of gadgets in the Stirling branch looked after by Heather. She was brilliant. We looked so many options and took 1.5 hours to eventually decide and commit. Thanks Heather We really appreciated your patience

No pressure sales, genuine, friendly staff.

I can't find the girls name anywhere who helped us in Stirling store but she had light hair with glasses and tattoos, she was absolutely great with helping me and my partner get all the information we needed on the couch we ended up purchasing, she made us feel at ease and not like we were making a £2000+ order! She is a credit to your team.

Heather was very informative and helpful when we had some questions it was clearly explained to us the options . Heather then took us through the ordering process quickly but keeping us infuriates along the way of all the options and answered all our questions

We have just purchased a new couch from your Stirling store. We had the pleasure of dealing with Georgia. She was very polite and knowledgeable on all products within the shop. She answered all questions we had without having to check with anyone. Definitely would recommend anyone dealing with Georgia if you are looking for any furniture.

Excellent service at Stirling, Springkerse store. Very knowledgeable salesperson, knew many of the dimensions and options off hand.
Took us though the sales and delivery processes quickly but clearly and we even got a great deal on a couple of add on items.
We bought our last sofa from DFS 17 years ago so hopefully the new ones last just as long.

Visited this store on Thursday 25th June, staff were very courteous and helpful. I was left to wander at my own leisure, without any hard sales pitch. Assitant Ruardaidh was very polite and knowledgeable,
I also spoke to the Manager there called Jennifer who again went out of her way to help with a query which I had. I will definitely be back to this store to place an order. Fabulous immaculate store with very friendly helpful staff!!
