Delightful young lady
The young lady that delt with our purchase was fantastic, she was so helpful. It was a delight to be served by her. The rest of the staff on duty were also so helpful.

A good experience
The member of staff was very helpful, attentive but not pushy. I was given useful information on buying suitable furniture to fit my living room. Everything was explained very clearly and was double checked to make sure I was happy with my order.

I went into DFS Teesside park today and purchase a sofa bundle and a rug and the lady who dealt with me was fabulous very friendly and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Got me a great deal. Would highly recommend I am a very happy customer

Fantastic Customer Service from Ateeq at DFS Stockton. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere to browse. Not pressurised by staff whilst browsing but Ateeq was on hand when we asked for assistance. All staff very pleasant but Ateeq in particular stood out to us as a very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly person happy in his job. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and guided us through our purchase skilfully. A pleasure doing business.

Great staff
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Michael in particular was extremely helpful, therecwas no 'hard sell' and he was genuinely interested in what we wanted, gave us plenty of time to try out all the sofas and also suggested suitable alternative options for us to consider. Thank you so much to all the DFS team we spoke to during our visits to your Stockton store.
