Had a couple of visits to dfs due to delays in getting into our new build home. Went in today and had a great experience meeting with one of the managers and then sales team. Managed to purchase the couch of our choice and reserve until we have a move in date. Really took the pressure off and secured summer sale prices

The atmosphere of the store was very relaxed. Annabelle was excellent at helping us choose the furniture we needed. Annabelle was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the furniture.

Yes very happy with my experience with DFS. Dale who served me the Teesside shops was very helpful with my purchase of my new sofa. He explained everything very well and helped me make a good choice.

All staff were professional, helpful and polite, particularly 'Debbie' who cared for me and my disability throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about the sofa, the fabrics and all extra care warranties that are available.
Debbie was able to answer any questions I had very promptly and she was not 'pushy' for a sale . If I should be looking for any other furniture in future, I would be happy to go back to her for advice and support. Thankyou Debbie

Went through to Teesside Park store and the gent I got helped me with what I was after... I had been on the website previously and took pictures of the suites I liked with the snuggle chair...
I showed him the pictures I had taken and he pointed out which was which... Nothing was too much trouble even had a cuppa ☺️ Told me everything about the Leather and how it should be treated and what not to use on it etc.... Overall a very pleasant trip and one sofa and snuggle chair ordered ☺️ .
