I visited the store in Stratford and the assistant said there were cheaper, ex-showroom sofas in the warehouse, that could be delivered faster than 7 weeks. Turns out not true. I called HQ and and they said 'don't know why she told you that, we don't have any in warehouse', so after waiting 3 days, I eventually had to buy the full price one and wait full seven weeks delivery. Was a bit annoying.

Natalia was both pleasant and engaging. She was very knowledgeable about the leather recliner sofas that I bought and the different types of leather available. I really appreciated the way that she gave us the space to come to a decision regarding our choice also.

Mohammad was very friendly and knowledgeable. He hit the right spots for me and made my decision to buy very easy.

Great advice from Mohamed at Stratford Westfield

I couldn't find what I wanted in the showroom but the sales lady was super helpful and showed me what I could have on her laptop, with an L-shape instead of a corner arrangement and in a different colour. I never thought I would go for Dark Blue velvet but I can't wait to get my new sofa.
