I was very impressed when I walked into the Swansea store. Unlike other shops, we were not harassed into buying ! I don't like being "made" to buy something. James was FAB!! Now I can't wait to have my settees!!!

Swansea store 17/08/26
We had been in the Swansea store on several occasions trying to decide on a new sofa. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even though we were often there near closing times! No pushy sales people following you around and plenty of space to browse and see the ranges.
We eventually made our minds up and were served by Nathan who was fab and explained everything and made the purchase simple and straightforward. Looking forward to having our San Antonio.

Good service. Polite salesman. On time. Asked for the sofa not to be delivered early in the morning. That was ignored. Sofa was delivered at 07.15.

My wife knew what she wanted seen it online and needed to see it for her for her self
Left alone when we entered the store for a good 5 mins to look around then Dan came to us we explained we wanted 1 particular product he led us the the place we needed to be . The service he gave us the information he gave us the all the legal jargon he gave us on top of that he is a top bloke easy to talk to we only 1 brand new sofa and that was a old DFS 17 years ago so we’re going again
