Very helpful and not pushy sales
Whilst talking my husband into purchasing a decent sofa, we visited the Exeter and Torquay branches of DFS. On our third visit to Torquay branch we decided to purchase two ex display chairs. The sales staff were so welcoming and allowed our dog to come in. The paperwork was completed quickly, and we are now awaiting our delivery.

They will not be disappointed. Good quality furniture and spoiled for choice.
I have used DFS for many years so am aware of the friendly and efficient service they provide. I was not disappointed, the young man who served us was very helpful and gave us his expert advice. Thank you for your help, really appreciated.

On arrival we were so happy to see a lovely clean open environment to browse, we were welcomed by a very friendly lady who offered so much help and guided us through, we were not at all pushed into a purchase, and when we decided what we desired she made it so easy and explained everything nice and carmly.
