DFS Furniture - Warrington Opiniones 

From the minute I walked through the door at the Warrington branch I was met with a friendly warm welcome from all the staff. A lady approached me introduced herself and left me to look around and if I needed her to give her a shout which I did we then sat on a sofa I chose and went through the application having a lovely chat along the way. I would definitely recommend this branch 100%.

Mike was really helpful and informative without being a pushy salesman. He let us browse at our own leisure and put us at ease.

Supportive staff

We had a really good experience in the Warrington store today. We spoke to Mike, who helped us pick our sofa. He was really helpful and knowledgeable when we asked questions about our new sofa. He even managed to help us save some money, which we were happy about. He's a really friendly chap and we didn't feel pressured at all, and we would be more than happy to come back in the future if we ever needed another sofa. Also the Latte he made us was very nice, so thanks Mike 👍🏻

When we entered the store we did see Mike helping another customer and we had a look around first then as we were approaching Mike again he immediately greeted us and we then had the privilege of him dealing with our purchase and he was excellent explaining everything like material protection, warranty, maintenance and with the measurements we had he made sure it would fit perfectly, he was really good with knowledge on the product and professional every step of the way, we can't wait until it arrives, well done Mike can't fault you at all with dealing with our purchase, don't change a thing with the the way you are it's spot on, excellent

Cathy was very nice, helpful and gave us all delicious drinks (hot chocolate, americano)

Everything was explained, the delivery and prices etc, couldn’t have been better.

I was greeted by a lovely charming lady named Sue. Sue was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the sofa I was after. Sue made my purchase easy and more enjoyable than ordering online. Thanks so much Sue

We had Cathy show us around and she was a massive help! She shown us the difference sofas which matched our dimensions and shown us the different ways in which the sofa could possibly come which eventually lead to us buying our first sofa! Thanks Cathy!!

Very pleasant and professional service. Very useful advice on using the furniture.

Went in and staff ask if we needed help, we said no we just want to browse. Staff left us alone with no pressure and left us look and try the sofas. When we had decided what we want the staff did not apply any pressure to make a sale. I spent 3k with no hard sell and got a couple of very nice coffees
Would I go back? Hopefully not if the product is as advertised - I should be dead by then😀

Easy to order and quickly dealt with

Bought a new sofa today, fantastic service from Mike. Explained everything in detail checked and double checked everything with us.

Biggest thing for me Mike didn’t push the sale, was like talking a to friend. Keep doing what your do!
