Ed (Del Boy) is a credit to your company
Ed (Del Boy) was absolutely brilliant! So welcoming and instantly made us feel so comfortable without any pressure to make a purchase. He answered all our questions and explained everything perfectly! Even took the trouble in explain how the recliner is built and gave us the reassurance they’ll be safe for our kittens! We never once felt rushed and actually left the store saying how great he was! He is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you so much Ed

Daniel (Watford) was great to work with while we were trying to choose our sofas. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all products and we were able to bounce ideas of him until we reached our decision. Very happy with our chosen sofa.

Amazing experience at the Watford…
Amazing experience at the Watford store. It was lovely to walk around and not asked all questions all the time. And when we needed help the gentleman was there to help, really lovely guy friendly and had all the information we needed. It was a very relaxing experience.

We had a lovely experience after bumping into moez at our local DFS, he made the whole experience fun and smooth sailing. He helped us pick the sofa that was right for us after we gave him our measurements and what we liked honestly couldn't have done it without him. Thank you moez

Our advisor 2HW - Daniel was excellent, and friendly throughout our purchase, carefully and with precision explained all of the details of the product, how to care for it, and general information for daily use of the product after delivery.
He explained about the delivery, final payment conditions and how notification would be received via email,for final payment either at any store or online.
He explained how the installation would be handled by the delivery and installation team.
We would add that he is a credit to the store and your business, excellent customer approach.
