Nafeesa was very kind and welcoming, she greeted us with a smile and offered us refreshments and gave clear and precise instructions and she explained the whole process very eloquently. She also paid a lot of attention to details about the colour of the sofa, where we were placing it and she also made small talk which made us all feel at ease and more comfortable.

Staff members not pushy let you wander round but there if you need to ask a question.
Sharna who completed our purchase for usexplained everything clearly to us from care of the sofa to what cover etc we would get and how the process of purchasing works, checking with us along the way in case we had questions about anything. Dealt with efficiently and her colleague who came to double check details was equally so.
Would definitely recomment Wednesbury as a to go to branch.

Bali was brilliant from the second we got to the store. He introduced himself and made himself available for any questions we had. He didn’t push us or try to over sell which made us feel more comfortable to browse in peace. When we were ready to purchase he organised everything quickly and efficiently. Bali knew the products well and was able to advise us, taking into consideration our personal circumstances. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I have a friend who purchased the same suite last year and she raved about it so I already knew what I was looking for, that said your sales person ( Nicola at the wednesbury branch) was really helpful in explaining things like the maintenance and upkeep, the process was easy and sorted in less than 20mins so good job
