Honestly I never leave reviews but had to for this service. When dropping the car off the lady was very polite and helpful. My car was not driven around like you see on some of those videos of car parks. We came out of the airport and walked over to the pickup point where purple parking was already waiting. 5 minutes drive back to the car park and within 5 minutes I was driving home. 10/10.

After experiencing other airport parking and the long waiting and long walking and high prices, parking here was easy, polite and friendly staff, short transfer to terminal no hanging around for bus and reasonable price.

It was easy to book this when booking my holiday however I did struggle to find the information afterwards. I think this may be down to Easyjet rather than Diamond. That said, checking our car in was super easy and the driver loaded our bags for us. He explained clearly what to expect on our return which was very reassuring. When we returned to Southend Airport, we walked the two minutes to the parking shelter and a minibus was waiting for us. Collection of my car was easy (although my husband struggled to follow the signs out if the car park!). All staff were super helpful and we will use you again.

Excellent experience with Purple parking at Southend airport. Courteous staff, smooth check in, quick transfer to the airport with the driver willingly loading all the cases onto and off the bus. Swift pick-up when returning to the UK. Very organised and polite staff. Well done to Ken on reception and the two drivers (sorry didn't get their names).

Used this company 3 times now and every time has been a breeze, reasonably priced booked in quickly dropped off at the airport straight away and shuttle bus there within minutes. Will be using them again and would recommend you do the same

Booked online and no regrets whatsoever. Used satnav to find the car park, clear instructions there and a friendly welcome. Waited about five minutes for our transfer to the airport, on return the minibus was waiting to take us back to the car park and we had an excellent service. We would definitely book again and recommend this this company.

Staff were friendly and helpful, no hanging about will definitely use Purple Parking again, only problem I had, it was dark and at first couldn’t really see the sign, would help if there was some lighting.

Ease of booking, easy to find, everything about the booking smooth, simple and well taken care of, waiting for me as promised, quick changeover when time to collect, staff cheerful and helpful, would use again, thankyou.

Satnav took us straight to Diamond Parking. They were pleasant and very efficient. Transfer to airport was immediate. On return (25/5/26) we had hold lugguge to collect but still cleared airport in under 20 minutes. We made the short journey to the pick up point and the shuttle bus was already there waiting for us. Returned to Diamond Parking and with a minimum of fuss were on our way home. The whole process was exemplary. Top marks to Diamond Parking.

Nice and easy , no hassle and brilliant service. Maybe not the easiest place to find , but once there I was looked after and more than happy, nice friendly service and explained everything. 5 or so minutes from the airport and dropped as close as possible to the airport, 2 minute walk and then picked up in the same spot ( phoned as I came out and the man was waiting for us. I would recommend the service definitely.
