Never received item I ordered. Chased numerous times, no reply. Phone number no longer works either so I can't call them. Looks like I've lost my money.

Not surprised that they shut down. Staff were cold and customers were either teenaged card players or judgemental pensioners. You will not be missed, especially now you've decided to rip people off after your liquidation.

Set themselves up as Decks and Dice to supply Hornby model trains strange they have disappeared with peoples funds as well doesn’t look as if they ever had a contract with Hornby for pre order items anyone with a preorder should contact bank or PayPal

Just sent me a mail shot after essentially stealing my money last year. I have an undelivered order and I’d stood down assuming they’d gone bust next thing I know they’re asking how I am?!

I reply and… it’s a “no reply” email address.. seriously they can keep my money. Bad riddance to them.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I pre ordered an item and waited a good few weeks after the pre order date. I asked how long it would take to arrive and was told it was in the states at customs. I waited another month and asked again. No response. I waited yet another month. No response. I tried one more time to get a response and was ignored a third time. They took my money and gave me no product in return or even bothered to respond to me. They should be thrown in jail for fraud and theft.

ABYSMAL service. Placed a preorder in August last year. Expected delivery in January. No sign of it though and NO RESPONSE from the company to emails, phone calls etc. I requested a cancellation and refund but NO RESPONSE. It appears that the business has gone, hard to get to the bottom of it though.

Made an order in November for a product due for release in January. It is now April and I didn’t get the product or any emails or calls. They aren’t replying to any comms either.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid. They took my money for a pre order back in November. The game was released in January, it’s April now and still no sign of it. Very disappointed

While looking for Nemesis in 2020 I stumbled a Ross Dice & Decks and ordered a copy for cheaper than elsewhere. It arrived the following day, well packaged and from then on D&D become my go-to for all games.
I regularly ordered my games and supplies from them and each was delivered fast and brilliantly packages, a stark contrast to Amazon and Zatu who regularly deliver items damaged, and I never had a single complaint.
After a really bad personal period from September through to March I'd not played or bought any games and so only this week revisited the site but find it's gone.
It appears both financial and personal issues have caused the business to (hopefully temporarily) close and I can only wish the team a speedy recovery and all the best going forward as I hope for their eventual return

Avoid, they pretend to send your parcel and then wont message you back, its been over two months and still no reply. The contact number provided has either blocked me or changed number.

Emailed A Couple Of Days Later Regarding Their Price Match Guarantee And Received No Response, Also Emailed Regarding Their Cancellation Policy, Again No Response.
Item Was Initially Delayed By Pokemon So I Didn't Chase It Up. Messaged On Facebook About A Week After Stock Finally Started Dropping For An Update. My Message Was Read But Never Received A Response.
Opened A Claim Through PayPal When Their Social Media Accounts Suddenly Disappeared (Again No Response And Claim Has Been Escalated).
Website Has Since Been Taken Down And Their Business Is Marked As Permanently Closed On Google.

Pre-ordered a board game, (release date Jan 2022), as a Christmas present. Item did not arrive. Emailed shop several times. I had one reply which said the game would soon be in the country. I Google searched and found the game available in the UK from many places, including Ebay. I requested a refund. I had no reply. I had to go through PayPal resolution center. The guy waited right until the last date to refund. Poor communication, a bit of honesty wouldn't of gone a miss. It was £35 hardly a bank breaker. Could of just refunded without the hassle. My daughter now has it for her birthday as Christmas is long gone!

I have used Dice & Decks often, deliveries for in stock items were always swift and the product prices for Warlord Games can't be matched elsewhere.

Really sad to hear they may have gone now something must have happened, from the weekly videos you could see the site was full of stock and constantly turning over orders, real shame to lose a retailer of this quality.

I use two online retailers as well as a local store to obtain my board games for stock & spreading the love.

I had Stardew Valley preordered last year and noticed my other store posted about it due to arrive next week. So I went to find Dice & Decks and they have no website or social media left. It appears the company has taken our money and bailed. I mentioned to the other store and they recommended I submit a PayPal dispute and head over here to trust pilot to see why.

When doing some investigating it appears this company has previously went into voluntary liquidation as well to avoid paying a supplier £10k. I will recommend every raise a dispute ASAP and if they do come back, again, to avoid like the plauge.

It's a shame as previously I had a good relationship and trust with the business.

STAY AWAY :Order placed on net in Sept Hornby Loco (preorder) so now item is to be released in April 2022 no word !!!

When I contacted PayPal they advised me it was my fault because I didn’t make a dispute within 180 days ??

But how can you make a dispute when the item isn’t released yet PayPal ignoring me now I wonder why ???

Appears that Dice and Decks has gone bust. A google search comes up with the business permanently closing 6 days ago. As of today (23 Mar 22), I'm waiting on an order from 27 Feb 22 for which they happily took my money but have not heard anything about since (and by the looks of things, won't). A real disappointment.

Bought a board game on web site and paid for UPS Delivery. Was advised order despatched on 10/3/22 then nothing more. Still not received after 2 weeks. Company doesn't answer phone or respond to emails.
Checking reviews (somewhat belatedly) it doesn't look like I'm the first to have this experience. Very disappointed.

Avoid at all costs, pre ordered in November, came to the dispatch day heard nothing after 7 emails, 3 phone calls and 1 dm on their Instagram had a reply.

They cancelled the order but didn’t receive the refund!!

Then their Instagram page vanished!

Use ANY other site. I ordered a game in November 21 and have yet to receive. It’s been on the market for months now, so there is no excuse.

Emails are ignored and the phone is never answered. The guy has also shut his store and deleted social media to avoid negative feedback regarding unsent orders. He claims to be working in fulfilling orders but as you can see from below, he appears to picking and choosing what does and does not go out.
