Great guy was able to answer all my questions on the product

I used the click and collect. The next day, I kept checking the order status of my purchase and it kept saying it wasn't ready. I rang the shop at the end of the day and staff confirmed the order was actually ready. I had to ring the shop a couple of times. The shop was nearly closed by then so I had to wait another day for my order. I was hoping the click & collect option would be better. It was annoying that the system said it wasn't ready & I had to chase the shop to tell me I could collect it.

Ronan was very knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing TV models and pricing. Having reviewed other offerings we decided to revert to DID based purely on our experience with Ronan.

Owen in the Bray store was super helpful and friendly. Went to storeroom to check stock and helped us find item we had seen online. The store was clean and well laid out compared with other local electrical store p*w*r c*ty.

As always, the store personnel are very friendly and helpful and quick! Took me 5 mins in store yo order my new fridge freezer and it will be delivered and installed in 3 days time! As Baorat would say - "great success"!

I purchased a cooker hood and installation service from DID Electrical Bray, showing staff photos of the kitchen beforehand. On the direction of DID staff and installers I purchased three different units one after another: the Thor 60cm Integrated Cooker Hood, the Candy 60cm Chimney Cooker Hood, and the Electrolux Chimney Cooker Hood. Each time the installer attended and refused to fit the unit, recommending a different one instead. On the last visit he left my elderly parents-in-law's home without any explanation, shouting out the van window when my mother-in-law came to ask what was happening. I sent a formal complaint on 2nd June — 15 days later, no resolution. Now escalating to DID head office, the CCPC, and the Small Claims Court.

Daniel in DID Bray was very good, really helpful compared to Powercity Bray. Was good explaining about the washing machine we were buying also gave a little discount. Powercity said they couldn’t budge on the price and they were more expensive then DID. So you know where to shop DID and keep it Irish.

Great experience as always with DID. Daniel went above and beyond today. Between his knowledge of the TV's and helping my elderly father and having a laugh, true oldskool customer service! Thanks Daniel!
