Went to purchase a hoover and Robert was very helpful in choosing the right one.

Great service and very friendly staff, I was served by Mike (he could've been manager I think) and he was very courteous, friendly and very much treated me like a friend, no pressure, no complicated explanations. Really good experience, thank you.

Very happy with the overall knowledge and service by the staff in store. John delivered the appliances today at the agreed time and despite it being an incomplete new build managed to get all in without any fuss.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the product. They gave me a price match on the item I bought, saving me €20. They weren't pushy and asked if I was ok then let me browse until I was ready.

I was in today to buy Airpods and Vinay served me and he was very helpful! I had a few One4All vouchers to use and he was very patient as I used them and had a very friendly demeanour!

Had a great experience in store today with Vinay - easy, clear and friendly. I try to buy from DID where possible as I find them great to go back to if there are any issues and when there was a delay with my order previously, they kept me informed and even offered me a lend of the store model.

I’ve shopped here multiple times. Staff are alway clear and helpful. I bought a power lead today, and was in and out of the shop in no time.
