Excellent help and advice from Maria in the Cork store when buying a coffee machine. I would recommend

Had an extremely positive experience in DID cork, all thanks to Maria. She was very welcoming and had an extensive breath of knowledge on all the appliances (both big and small) we were looking for some advice on. She also walked through the delivery and installation process which definitely helped the process go extremely smooth. If you’re looking for good customer service with knowledge of all the appliances, pros and cons of different selections and non-biased recommendations, I would recommend Maria.

Lucas in DID Electrical Turners Cross was very nice and accommodating during my visit. He did his best to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

Really poor attitudes from sales guys at till in Cork store. I hate when you’re made feel like they’re doing you a favour by taking your money. I appreciate there’s zero customer service training done but being pleasant in an interfacing retail environment should be instinctive even if its for show.

I ordered and paid for a number of items in the Turners Cross Store in Cork in April.
They were to be delivered from the store in kilkenny on Tuesday of this week however I went to the store went and picked up two of the items last Saturday.
One item needed to be delivered a small fridge/ freezer which was still to arrive on Tuesday to my mother's address.
Wednesday morning I went into the kilkenny store to ask why it wasn't delivered to be told not it was stock but the sales assistant assured me she would sort something out she was lovely couldn't say otherwise..
However I rang this morning again to check up on it to be told they don't have them anymore..I'm very disappointed as when I paid for it 1st day I was told it was on hold and would not be sold.
I was offered a fridge without a small freezer but it's of no use to me.
I know I will get a refund just not very good customer care.

Rang to check if item was in stock,it was and Andrew had it kept behind the counter, very helpful and efficient.

I bought a Henry hoover on Friday evening at the turners cross, cork location and was able to get it price matched! Brilliant for a first time buyer and wanting to purchase from an Irish company.

We had a great experience with Maria in their Cork store when purchasing a new tv. She went above and beyond to make sure we left with the best tv for us and even helped us figure out how we would get it home as quickly as possible when it wouldn’t fit in the car! 10/10 service from her, would recommend the customer service to anyone! I was served by an excellent enthusiastic chap called Callum. I was stuck for a kitchen extractor in a rental apartment. It was bank holiday and not a lot of places were open. He got me the best price and took the time to show me what was in store. All installed now and no smells in the kitchen anymore

Bought an air fryer and a robot hoover here. The team we dealt were extremely informative and honest. Made asking the silly questions easy. Would definitely recommend

Visited the Turners cross premises, purchased what I wanted but when I got home I found it was not the right size, went back straight away to get a refund and there was no problem what so ever, staff were very friendly and helpful, I have purchased a few items there and always found them helpful.

Exceptional customer Service from Oisín in the turners cross store . Had an idea of what i wanted and despite it not being in stock he made sure to find it for me from another store and was super friendly without being over pushy (went in for a look at a cooker bought a cooker and a dishwasher 😂) This young man has a great future in sales ahead of him . Had brief interactions with other associates while there and all were positive . Store is clean and the staff are both approachable and knowlegeable .I will be back for sure
