I went to DID Tallaght branch early May and ordered Sage kettle.A few weeks later, I was informed that kettle was no longer available, end of product by Vendor. Rima was very good to followup with me and also suggested for a different kettle with the same feature. She put it aside for me fo collection in store.Great customer service. Highly recommended. Just bought a Dyson fan Tallaght, was served by Caitlin. She explained everything in detail and answer my many many questions, she had no issue with the fact that I changed my mind at least 5 times. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely polite. Everything you’d want in a customer service employee, I then collected from the warehouse in Fonthill staff were also extremely helpful and the fan was put in my jeep
