Would give a minus if I could

Would give a minus if I could. Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a product for same day collection that showed they had in stock four days later still waiting to collect it. All their customer service can say it shows 0 in stock in my local store and should have it in 3 - 5 working days or they can send it to a different county for collection what an absolute joke of a company. People be better off sticking with harvey norman atleast they have the stock when they say they do unlike d.i.d..

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience, while I did not get the name of my installer he was very nice and very confident. The installation from a quality perspective was next to none. He took the time to explain jow to use the appliance and even tought me a thing or two about cooking ! So happy with the appliance (oven) and the installation service well worth the fee.
