Wasnt 100% after reading the comments, but decided to go ahead and ordered a galaxy s22 was a great price and great memory, said it could take up to 16 days to receive wasn't tht bothered as I still had my own phone, it arrived within a week everything was fine, set up the phone with no issues . Would order from here again everything went smoothly phone going well very happy so thanks again. 👍

Excellent service, watch arrived within the time stated and all communication with customer service was clear and responsive.

Ordered Apple AirPods Pro , they said they where out of stock even tho the website says they were in , couldn’t give me any idea on league time asked for the more expensive ones and pay the difference, was told to cancel the order and re order waste of time, and to top it off they refunded me £4.99 short when it’s there fault

It appears that their devices and products are not fit for purpose and will very soon fail or be faulty.This Company is knowingly selling devices that are out of UK and EU jurisdiction so any Manufacturer Warranty is void.Own warranty is obsolete with very vague T&Cs and warranty literature. It appears they will charge you for "inspection fees" and vaguely quote over 3 months repair times that are not only ridiculous but are not stated anywhere on their website.No physical address just a mailing address, They have no CS telephone number so you're at their mercy if they respond to your email or not and if they do its from a generic bot with no name and repetitive response without actually addressing the issue with item( probably tactics to exhaust you so you go away) , the list goes on and am sure more will be uncovered. My firm is reaching out to people to collate personal experiences for proceedings and we are starting a socials page to follow this mystery if you are interested. I hope you read this before purchasing any Item from Dimprice. I am surprised they have been left to trade this long without intervention but I suppose no one's really taken a close look into their "just about balancing on a legal tight rope" kind of trading.

Was worried that this was a scam site but no - it is genuine. Great discount for a pair of Airpods Pro. Although they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the saving was worth the wait. They give you a tracking number so you can follow your purchase's progress from Lord knows where!

Efficient service and amazing price on genuine product

Very good price, well packed and was kept informed at all stages. Delay before package was sent but within published times. Phone was initially set in an Asian language so some guesswork was needed to set to English. A reference to an online help page would have been handy.

It was really good, the iPad was great, all new and came with wire and even a plug with a UK adapter

The delivery info. Was confusing and worrying with the sender advising that the package had been shipped but the delivery firm saying that they had not yet received the package from the sender

Lowest cost and arrived as described. My only suggestions as to how to improve is to allow customers to choose different speeds of postage and to apply a note letting the buyer know how to change the language before set up.

So I ordered a Samsung Watch 5 pro. I took a couple of weeks to arrive, as they had warned me. On arrival the seal had been previously opened and sealed again with Sellotape, so that's not very comforting. Also there were no guarantee documents in the box. But the watch works fine. Everything is in Chinese, so i randomly pressed a couple of buttons and it let me change the language. Has been working fine ever since, and it was £100 cheaper than Amazon. But the broken seal is a worry. Could they have opened it and loaded malware on it before shipping? Who knows. Am keeping a close eye on my credit card statements just in case, and it's a shame the experience was marred bu this issue.

Great price for a world class product. Reliable service, without doubt, just be prepared to wait for delivery. That said, I was able to monitor the delivery process at every stage. I will use this company again and recommend it to friends!

Great price for a 9th gen Apple iPad which was delivered in perfect condition with a continental plug and UK adapter. It took 13 days from order to delivery and I was kept well informed at every step.
This is the second product I have ordered from Dimprice and the service and prices have been exemplary on both occasions.
