Received my fire yesterday
Received my fire yesterday, delivery was fantastic. They arrived when they said they would and called me just before to make sure I was in. That meant I didn’t have to take the day off work and I could just nip back for delivery. The fire was well packaged, best price I could find and just as expected. Happy customer

Excellent Customer Service
Massive range of fires and fireplaces at the Cheadle shop to choose from. Staff were very helpful especially as the fire surround we had chosen had to be made bespoke to fit our chimney breast which wasn't an issue to them. They also explained all the functions on the fire and gave us some useful tips on how to prepare the existing chimney breast to fit the new fire.
Would recommend Direct Fireplaces to anybody.
