A very good product and easy to install.
I had one problem :
One of the channels that connect the awning to the brackets was dented in which meant the nuts would not slide down, I had to repair this before being able to fit it.

Was umming and ahing over one of their swing out rear awnings and wall sets as my vehicle is taller than it’s designed for. Very helpful over the web chat and ended up stopping by the showroom to take a better look and figure out if I could make the awning work with a few modifications. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful.

Loved the canopy superb quality and perfect.lenght I've just fitted 2.5 meter one, looking forward to my next adventure away

Quality side bars not fitted yet should have contacted direct 4x4 I zoomed in on the photos of the vdubs and thought i was buying wimbo bars different brackets my fault still they are good quality

I had some side steps fitted to a disco 5. My dealing with direct 4x4 have all been positive and I'm very pleased with the side steps. Their fitting company however was a total let down, having had a little confusion of the location of the fitting I made my way over to JD Performance where the steps would be fitted. My arrival was unfortunately later than planned due to waiting at direct 4x4 with other customers (I didn't have an issue with this), the fitter however was very rude, telling me that he'd got his "Next Job" in now and basically suggesting I was lying with regards to the reason for the delay. Having spoken with Direct 4x4 regarding this who were very apologetic I let JD performance know how I felt regarding their treatment. The guy there basically said direct 4x4 should have let him know, to which I replied that's no excuse for his attitude to myself but the comments were treated with contempt and he couldn't have cared less. I find this attitude a disgusting way to treat a customer and for that I cannot personally recommend direct 4x4's fitting service unless they use other fitters. That said there are many good reviews,.so I'm pretty sure if all went well there wouldn't have been any of the poor attitude. Direct 4x4's products look good,.and i'd recommend them but I'd have to say to think twice before using their fitting service or simply find another fitter yourself.

Got on with job, even though I was early foe my time slot. Made us very welcome & even made us a coffee. I was totally satisfied with the completed job.

We looked on the website, then contacted them to see if they had the freezers in Stock. We got a swift email reply saying yes and if we wanted to pop along and view them.
They had a selection of 6 different types, the assistant gave us the run down on the spec,s and was knowledgeable about them. We bought the 55litre black unit. Which they delivered out to the bus 🚚 and gave me a hand to lift it in. On the whole a good experience. Helpful staff assisted us to make an informed purchase

Great products and customer service was excellent I had side steps fitted was met on my arrival and when the job was done I was taken to check that all was OK, and it was would definitely recommend

Sadly . I bought my audi q5 side bords on the 22 December 2022.. but just today 4 February
in garage mechanic try to install them..
And we realise this not that side bords what I bought ..
I live in Ireland .. and the cost for delivery was 150e . I was upset .. but ok . Agreed to pay that extra amount , I really wanted this side steps, and was bought for Christmas present.. But on the delivery day I has to pay again 148e . Some duty charge .. was really upset . As I think .. the delivery price is high enough,
So now 1) my item didn't cost to much, but delivery and duty make price bigger, then product cost
2) there no information about some extra charges could be on delivery
3) I got a wrong side bords
4) I don't know what to do now.. send them back and but delivery was 150 e . ? And customs charges..

Very quick service and resonable costs...
