I did not require some items and got a refund without any issues. I was local so went to drop off the items. The warehouse team were great.

Delivery issue but it got resolved.
Had an issue with a missing item (ordered 12, received 11), I immediately called and spoke to someone who arranged for the missing item to be sent out, I emailed again after waiting a few days and received it the next day. Not perfect service (minor packing error) but it was resolved satisfactorily. Prices are excellent, so all in all, I'm happy!

We have not received one of our items…
We have not received one of our items after phone calls and emails we are still waiting
Your people blame the delivery company
saying they have sent the missing item 3 times and say it's not their problem
BUT of course it is they have our money can't believe they would pay the delivery people 3 times and who is this none named company
diabolical service unhelpful staff taking money and not delivering the product
Give this company a wide berth
