I purchased hair colours to the value of £38.50 I was sent the wrong order, value at £18.00 the courier dumped the package over the wall. I contacted the company and they apologised and said they would send the right products I told them I was going away and please cancel the order and issue a refund. This they refused to do until such time as I return the wrongly sent items by their courier as I am going away for two weeks this would not be possible despite the making the mistake they are refusing to refund me the full amount in fact anything till they get the items returned. I therefore have to wait two weeks till I get back and be out of pocket for this time. The fault was Directions and any company worth anything would refund me the full amount or difference until such time as their receive the package back, the difference £20.50 but they are refusing -How do you deal with a company who are in the wrong and keep your money. I guess don't use them

No idea what has happened to the formula. Have not used it for about two years. Tried alpine green. It went a pale blue that didnt cover evenly. Retried with violet a week later. The dye has not covered any hair again and is a really pale blue.

Always used Directions but this time we used Alpine green it has left colour on pillow slip and head phones its also not stayed on hair as good as it has in the other colours, we have done no different to application and used same bleach ect, its a shame as since hey changed there packaging it seems the colour isnt the same we have never had this problem before.

I have used the hair dye before and it was great but this time around it was terrible. I ordered purple hair dye and when I used it my hair went blue not purple. I then got in contact with the company and they didn’t respond, I contacted them again for them to send me a google form which I filled out to not have another response from them. The customer service is shocking and the hair dye didn’t work at all.

Good customer service, quick response. Unfortunately the colour they suggested didn’t turned out to be nearly the right shade and neither did it match the colour on any of the dealers websites. I followed the instructions carefully and did also go to Directions website to get some good advice on how to use the product. So now I’m left with a weird kind of shade with a weird glow. I just hope I can trust the lasting process so it will be out soon.
