The resort rep gave us regular updates on skiing conditions and weather outlook. The resort manager, Malcolm, went above and beyond in helping us with transfers, baggage, etc. Just the latest of the many occasions where Directski have looked after us!

Seamless experience from start to finish. As a parent travelling alone with two children I couldn't rate Direckski highly enough. So looking forward to my next trip.

We had a fantastic rep in Aisling, she was extremely friendly and provided great local knowledge. It was great to have someone with a friendly personality and manner available to us. The SportHotel in St Johann was a wonderful hotel, it was cosy, warm and the food options were fantastic. We particularly loved the salad buffet at the beginning of each evening and the options for our children were great. The room we had was extremely spacious and it fit two adults and two children very comfortably. We would highly recommend the Skischule St.Johann for Ski equipment hire and Ski school. We had a really positive experience from start to finish.

Every part of our holiday was well organised and straight forward. Our initial contact with Ski McNeill was 1st class and this continued once transferred across to Direct Ski just before we left. Olivia our resort manager kept us informed at every stage and gave us great tips for places to eat etc in the resort.
Our hotel was amazing. All staff went the extra mile. We will definitely return to Hotel Romantik and will most certainly use Direct Ski again!

Couldn't be better oranised from start to finish. Flights by Aer Lingus were excellent. We had previously stayed in hotel Norica so knew the standard was very high. The food was amazing all over Christmas. The staff couldn't be better or more helpful. Frank, our representative was very helpul and responded to communication promptly.

Transfers good (bus had useable toilet). Rep's good or ok. Flights caused stress due to lack of clarity on carryon of ski boots. Airport reps and customer support saying not possible whereas manager saying yes. Airport reps forced boots into check in. Given costs of customised boots and how hard it is to replace if lost or damage, not being able to carryon is a major issue for skiers. Could easily ruin a ski trip.
Update to response from directski and statement " airline's policy was shared prior to travel" Contradictory details where given plus shown on web site. The last communication received, after complaining about this, stated that carryon was included. On going if this was incorrect it would be better if the option for boots carryon is given or included in the price.

Only for Bo we would of had a shit hol.Bo our ski instructer was fab .Got hire at one gondla passes at another clasd times were wrong abondedby bus driver at 10.45pm could not find our hotel whst a load of crap

Overall a great trip. Rep in resort good and able to deal with qu on day before departure from UK that directski office could not (closed at weekend -poor).
Good transfers. Both Flights VERY early AM - prob beyond your control. don't mind an early flight out but one coming back could do with being later.
unclear descriptions of "all inclusive" ski bundle for child aged 15 but had to pay 30 odd euro in ski shop as extra for helmet - apparently not included over age 13.
Unclear that we had to pay "tourist tax"directly to hotel - prev this was included in other packages we have taken to andorra recently. but all in all a good holiday.
We were happy that the local visitors tax was paid in light of the fact that the resort closed for skiing .
it was a small gesture but much appreciated.

Great holiday in Mayrhofen. Hotel Garni Ferienhof was first class. Our room was on the top floor with a sloping roof and a balcony, felt very cosy. Very friendly staff and owner. Hope to return again.

Recently visited Westendorf and had an amazing time. Sean our rep was amazing keeping us updated on snow conditions, where to eat, ski and many other useful tips. This felt like a Ski Scott Dunn holaday at a fractor of the cost.

Absolutely excellent trip! From the minute we booked we didn't need to worry about a thing. We booked our ski pass, ski rental and ski lessons through our Direct Ski resort manager a week before we flew out and I couldn't be happier with the service. The flights were a chartered plane outbound and inbound so there was no issue with bags being slighly overweight. The bus was outside as soon as we landed to transfer us directly to our hotel. The hotel was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was brilliant and set us up very well for a day of skiing. Couldn't be happier with the updates from our Direct Ski resort manager. Would absolutely recommend this to a friend.
