I joined disabilitymatch.co.uk hoping to meet genuine, local people over fifty years old, but I’ve been left disappointed. Location matches are poor, many profiles appear inactive or like bots, and genuine interaction is almost non-existent. When I search for people active in the last twenty-four hours in the UK, I see just four results, yet removing that filter suddenly shows pages of profiles. Add to that the pressure to upgrade and a lack of real connections, and the whole experience feels misleading. I’ve requested a refund within my fourteen-day window and would advise others to be cautious before signing up.

This site is the biggest fraudster site using disabled people to make money out of their disabilty and situation which can be lonely and hurtful all this site is about is fake profiles and selling you dissapointment and you cannot delte your account either should be investiged and those running it named and shamed.

Waste of money to pay to text only to respond to computer bot responses.

Signed my daughter for a 3 month subscription which it said cost 29.99. I have been charged this every month, and an additional £10.
I am taking it up
With the bank as there is no access to account information on her account .
For this I expected a protected service and she is plagued by fake people praying on the vulnerable. Absolutely disgusted!

We are not in the real world. Still very bad access to places what is it, medieval times? Can’t even get off buses with a Walker and sometimes entrances are a no go area. Disgraceful way to treat people.

Full of romance scammers and fake profiles only a few profiles are real just avoid it

If I could give this website zero stars I would. It is full of fake profiles, scammers, and out of date profiles. One person on the site scammed me out of around £30.00. When I signed up to VIP it renewed costing me over £75 and the website refused to refund me.

I joined for my son who is disabled and i paid the extra for VIP
He recived alot of messages that did sound like a computer wrote them, after looking at the profile we replied to a few girls but no reply so i replies to more and the same no replies back we noticed a few of the messages was from the same person
So went on the chat room and asked if anyone was having the same problem no reply from them lol
Iv contacted admin 5 times with again no reply
This website is focusing on the vulnerable and taken them for a not nice ride with there money its disgusting
And i think most of the profiles are bots
I hav now canceled but got no money back

Theres many features that should be prioritized for sites aimed at users with disabilities such as safety, accessability and boundaries. These don't seem to be important for this service.

There don't seem to be ANY safety features or guidelinesreadily available. Most other websites are keeping up with this. Many of the supposed Matches I got wereeither scammers or significantly older than my set age range. Terrible for customers who are generally more vilnerable than the everage person.

It was surprizingly inaccesable too. Some of the flirting features kept flashing on my screen and adding a profile photo was strangely complicated.

Boundaries also seem incredably loose. I was very careful with my preferences and have only turned up profiles that don't meet them and have had many men reaching out to me who are 20 years my senior.

Don't use this site, look after yourself.

Alot of people with disability are on pensions and you can't even respond to messages without paying an astronomical amount. It's insulting and taking advantage of people wanting love who are already dealing with other problems. Avoid

This is just one of many duplicated sites seemingly run from the Isle Of Man. Joined one for a month and paid the discounted rate. The 'members' are all the same and do the usual scam of taking you off site to chat. The introductions become more intimate and not in keeping for a serious site dealing with disability. The other 2 sites linked I know of are autistic dating and spectrumsingles but possibly more. DO NOT PAY. They say they bar robots but take over the messages usually in poor English. Possibly like the various fish sites, good and professional to start but then sold on to rogues. Allegedly a lot of people with amputations and epilepsy so really defrauding the vulnerable. Supposedly Hiki which is free is genuine. Joined a couple of days ago and quite a few matches but no contacts. Obviously with autism people will be wary so maybe just a matter of time.

Abled love is another site in this group.

Nothing but an ocean of fake profiles, if you're looking for a date or relationship you'll not find it here. I reverse searched many of the profile photos and found they had been lifted from various internet sites. The text on these profiles all follows the same pattern and are written in very poor English which is another clear indication that these are run by either the company or overseas scammers. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this site like the plague!

It literally lacks the most basic feature needed for a dating app unless you pay an insanely high fee. I could understand if you could view the entirety of a limited number of messages a month with the rest behind a paywall with a more reasonable price if you like the service but it doesn't even allow that.

First thing I noticed when signing up is there's no online chat which I thought all dating sites had? Searching through accounts I noticed there was so many accounts with very similar bio's, Like they had been written by the same person " hi my name is ****** and I am ** years old" who starts a bio like that? Everyone apparently! I can see your name and age on the thumbnail... Actually, many of the ages on these accounts didn't add up. For example on the thumbnail it would say 37 year old but on the profile bio it says they are 30! I can only assume the account is 7 years old and still active. These people Must be very pacient and unlucky to stay on an app for 7 years and still not find a match and there was many accounts like this. Ohh and when you get a notification saying you've got an email you have to pay a £30 subscription to see it?!? Stay clear of this site.

Very dishonest service. Majority of accounts are fake. The pricing is extortion. Worst dating app I’ve been on for disabled singles. Horrible you have to pay to view messages. I advise anyone considering this site to run and look at alternatives.

I am a carer and signed up for my participant.I only get ads, and requests to upgrade to see messages. Reading other reviews I got a bad feeling this wasted my participants money. We have been waiting weeks for something genuine but only recieve ads from other sites, and although paying membership price are requested to upgrade to view messages. Seems very bad.
