No delivery attempted - no contact - no refund

No delivery attempted, package returned to sender, absolutely zero communication from seller. Seller ignored my contact and request for resolution. I'm now missing money and a week later without my products.

Edit: I don't think it's unreasonable to expect you to notify me, send the order again, or refund the order without me having to get in touch multiple times, when you've said yourselves you've already received it back into your warehouse. The fact remains that you never contacted me at any point and the issue was never resolved until I'd left this review.

Edit 2: After agreeing for the order to be sent again for delivery today, it's still not been sent and is not arriving today.

Hi Sean, Many thanks for your feedback.  As explained your order was too large for a DPD locker and DPD sent it back to us.  Your email went to spam and we sincerely apologise for not noticing it sooner.  I offered to refund you in full but you wanted your order sent out again. I will track this for you tomorrow; however, I don't foresee any issues this time.  Kind regards Gillian.

Hi Ben, sincere apologies that you haven't received the expected service. As you know we had to cancel your order because you couldn't provide the correct documentation for verifying your business.
