Really satisfied with my products. My shampoo & salt had burst in transit so I emailed them and within 24 hours I received new products. Couldn’t believe how quickly it was resolved.
I bought all non toxic products too for the house which smell amazing. Will 100% be doing my shopping here for now on.

Update on Sun, 23rd April 2023 to my previous one star review of discounthealthstore.ie Having ordered and paid on 11th Apr, my order was actually dispatched the following Wed and delivered on the Thur. Which is what I was expecting. However, even though the delivery address was clear and accurate, An Post, for some reason known only to themselves, decided to deliver it to a different address around the corner. It was accepted and taken in by a woman who is unknown to me. But, when the very helpful Orla from discounthealthstore was able to provide me with this information, eventually I was able to track my delivery down. Also, Orla explained why there was a delay in responding to my email and I fully understand the reason and it can happen to any organisation.

Also, she and her team have provided me with much needed information on a replacement product for my order since the EU has decided to no longer allow responsible people to make up their own minds regarding what supplements they may choose to take. But that is another story!

Suffice it to say that I 100% recommend discounthealthstore.ie and look forward to purchasing from them in the future. Bernadette

Ordered and paid 32.06 euros on Sat, 8th Apr which included postage. Money was paid out by my bank. Sent an email on Thur 13th Apr @ 17:14 hr requesting an update on delivery and no reply yet. Now it is Sat, 15th Apr and still no delivery or contact from this company. They do not have a phone number listed on their website so not able to contact them and speak to a person.

Always very quick delivery. Great selection at very good prices. Would highly recommend.
