Absolutely fantastic, such good service. Stuart guided me through everything I needed for my above ground pool and when I couldn't set it up correctly (entirely my error), he patiently talked me through the set up and it now all works great. 100% recommend, will definitely use again.

What an amazing company to deal with.
So I bought an Intex sand pump from them but realised I couldn’t use it on the pool I had which was also Intex. I emailed the company not expecting any response and the very next day not only did the Director call me, but because I missed the call he took the time to follow up the missed call with an email. I hadn’t seen the email so called the number back. Stuart went above and beyond to help with my query by not only giving me advise, but contact details for who could assist. He didn’t even ask for a review so you know all his efforts were just great customer service. I jumped straight on here to leave a well deserved review. I believe they should request reviews from all past trading customers as I truly believe more consumers would buy from the site. Thank you again Stuart.

Brilliant company to deal with, a very small business that does really well to keep up, i always use their on site shop and the whole team is flat out at all times, the boss works his socks off but always tries to take a few minutes to be friendly and helpful.

Stuart and the team at discount leisure are brilliant, they have been very helpful talking us through our decisons on what swimming pool to buy and giving helpful advice about the install and running of it. they provide that old fashioned personal customer service coupled with the modern twist of doing things on line and quickly. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Can’t fault the company on quality, price or customer support. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Bought a Jebao pond pump in May and it stopped working in September. Emailed asking for support and was given some maintenance advice when that failed I phoned them and a replacement was sent out within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a 90cm water feature sump that arrived with a damaged lid. (broken in transit) Wrote to them and they sent a replacement out two days later. Brilliant customer service.

I ordered two toys for my dog ... exceptional price and here within the week ... really good service and dog happy with his new toys .

I bought a Jebao 12000 filter and matching pump but when I fitted it the flow was too strong so got in touch with them they sent out inline tap at there expense also a problem with the uv lamp which they sorted out very quickly a first class company would recommend them.

As we live in Lincolnshire, we decided to visit the company with a view to buying a new pond pump. Although the person to whom we spoke was busy, he took the time and trouble to explain the different pumps and recommend a suitable one for our pond. He suggested we have a higher capacity pump and we are SO glad that he did; for the first time in six years we can actually see our fish!
No hesitation in recommending this company.

I placed an order through their web site and paid through their Paypal checkout.
Paypal acnowledged the order immediately but I heard nothing from Discount Leisure products until after two days when I e-mailed them to check. They responded stating that they did not see my order on their web site so could I send them my order reference. I sent all that was requested but had no more communication from them.

I was forced to open a Paypal dispute to obtain a refund.

It is utterly unacceptable that they should treat customers in this way.

just what i wanted at a great price but unfortunately i was sent the wrong size to begin with but after an email to the office the problem was sorted very quickly and effficently and with no fuss,i'm sure my experience was just an easy mistake that anyone could make
