I wanted to place an order online, so I called and spoke with one of the lovely ladies at the Sunshine Coast store. She confirmed that the pendant light I wanted was in stock and ready to order. I placed my order, and it arrived in Rockhampton, QLD within just 6 days. The whole process was easy, communication was great, and the delivery was quicker than expected. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again when I need fans this summer. Highly recommend!
We ordered 3 fans online on Monday last week we called them after placing the order and asked them how long will it take till we see them the sales person told us the normal is 7 to 10 days how ever I will try to make something happen quicker if we need it sooner, so our fans arrived Wednesday and we was "WoW that was good" will highly recommend this company and if you need things sooner then 7 to 10 days call them.

Track heads did not work same day as delivery so emailed for assistance. Auto reply says will respond within 48 his. 6 days later still no reply. Emailed again and same auto reply. Tried to phone. All you get is music for 3mins+ then disconnect. Buyer Beware!
