I was scared to order the bag but the customer service was great! They explained everything and helped me with my concerns. The bag took quite a while to arrive but it was definitely worth it! I cant tell a difference from the original, its stunning!

I ordered a bag from here a while ago and it was great, very close replica. I have since ordered a few bags again from them and the quality and service have gone to crap. They only sent 1 bag when I ordered 2, kept losing my tracking # and having to be resent. Then when the bags came in the quality was terrible. Nothing like my first original bag. IDK what happened to them, but they are awful now.

I wanted to write a quick review, to say how much I love my bag and don’t be worried about this company. I had ordered my bag and than read a review that it was a scam, so I thought I was scammed. Than all of a sudden I got my bag and it is outstanding! And I’m so happy with it 💝very high quality!

The product is amazing, very happy with the quality. There was a delay in receiving my order, and when I asked about it, was responded to right away, and updated on the progress of my order.

The bag was better than I expected. Communication was good via email. Payment was a little tricky but we resolved it easily. The whole process from ordering to receiving the bag was relatively quick considering it's custom and from China. Will order again.

I will write a very detailed review as I was a bit hesitant and worried when I first ordered without knowing what to expect so here I go..

I ordered YSL envelope bag and it was amazing. They paid attention to the smallest details which could've been easily missed but they didn't miss. I don't believe anyone can spot one difference from the original bag!!
I didn't find the exact bag I wanted in their website but after contacting Hanna via Instagram dms she told me they can make whatever bag I want even if it's still not listed in the website. So I sent the pictures made the payment and after about 2 weeks she senta me pictures of the bag they made to confirm my approval before shipping. It was great but I noticed a very tiny losse thread and mentioned it to her. She immediately replied and told me that they will Check and fix it. And they did. After another 2 weeks she sent me another pictures which were perfect and I approved of so they shipped it after few days. The shipping took around 3 weeks. The bag arrived with YSL box, dust bag, and ysl paper bag. Also they had a little envelope which included a receipt holder ( tiny envelope BUT without an actual receipt it was empty) some tiny pictures and a small cataloge from YSL, the attention paid to this tiny details amazed me honestly I wasn't expecting that. The paper bag was folded to fit the box so it was a bit damaged but it didn't really matter to me because I didn't even know it will be included haha.
So in conclusion here are the pros vs. cons.

*Pros:
- The quality of the bag I received is PERFECT I don't think anyone could ever tell it's not original. This matters the most to me.
- Hannah is great to communicate with she answered every question I had and she was very friendly.
- It's easy to order directly from her even if the bag you want wasn't in the website.
- They show you the bag before shipping so you can make sure you like, and if you don't they change it without making a big deal!
- You get everything the bags come with originally just like from the boutique!

*Cons:
- The whole process took a long time.
Giving the fact that the bag was specifically made for me and that they changed it after my comment I don't mind that honestly and I think it's worth the wait.
I was very nervous when it took a while as it's the first time for me ordering from them but now after receiving the bag with this amazing quality I won't hesitate or be worried again!
- The paper bag was of good quality but folding it damaged it.
- The bag came with "guarantee of authenticity" but it was made of thick paper (cardboard like) not plastic. I honestly don't know if that's how YSL do it but I assume it's plastic.
- Hannah was really great! but most of the time I had to ask to get the updates from her so this could've participated in making the process longer. However I don't blame her I could imagine how busy she was, and I believe ordering via insta not through their website possibly made it harder to automatically send updates to my emai.

So personally I think the pros outweigh the cons by a looottttt and I would definitely order from them again and I totally recommend them!!

I got into contact with "hannah".. She was fine, in my first introduction.. but slowly, started to invent excuse like " its my holiday, I will be back to you tomorrow.." After 5 days, I tried ask if anything was ok, but nobody answers anymore..
I almost order a bag there.. All the social media they use is very well made... but all the positive reviews are all fake ! Its made by that " Hannah".
Dont be fool please ! I was 5 min away from being scam by them !

Hannah was quite detailed in explaining the different grades and i was skeptical at first. Tried a chanel 19 bag and it was amazing. Took it to the store and they couldnt even suspect it was a lushentic grade replica. They have a customer for life!

But one thing to note is the shipping time took quite long. I was told there was a lockdown in china at that time so there were delays in shipping. Hopefully no delays next time around!

I purchased one LV backpack,the original cost 3k USD which I can't afford & I pay only 400usd lushentic grade, the quality is on fleek! Especially the box & feels like I'm getting the Original one !

My items arrived and they were absolutely gorgeous.. craftsmanship is awesome and exceeded my expectations. Customer service was exceptional!! Details spot on! I will definitely be ordering again real soon!!

I ordered from discreet couture a few months ago to get a replica Chanel bag. They were prompt, professional, and the bag arrived looking flawless. I get so many compliments and no one can tell I paid less than 1/10 of the actual price!

Excellent customer service, with Quality Control videos before shipping and workmanship is out of this world, with attention to detail on the bags in stitching, engraving etc. Definitely be back for more. Slightly higher price for lushentic grade but definitely worth it!
